In-home support package

This in-home visit is for 2-3 hours at bedtime or nap time in the New Plymouth to Whanganui region, outside of this area on request.

This package is great for any sleep issues from consolidating naps, overnight waking, early rising, settling and resettling issues. It allows a chance for me to check over your sleep environment, support you with your settling technique in person and talk you through your personalised sleep plan.

Includes:

• A personalised sleep plan
• Two weeks of 1 on 1 support via Whatsapp
• Routine feed and sleep guides beyond your little one's age, sleep environment package, restorative sleep and settling method package, nutritional package, troubleshooting package
• Wrap up email including further information to support your family.
